“Jai Shri Krishna” is yet another mythological epic about Lord Krishna. Telecasted on Colors television channel, the serial provides an insight into the life of Lord Krishna covering his entire life span. The show covers completely about the dire circumstances under which he is born. He was raised by his surrogate mother Yashoda. This epic serial has provided much useful information about Lord Krishna and has appealed to all the age groups. With his mischievous and playful acts, Krishna has created a compelling atmosphere in gokul, where all gopis love his acts. He is also known as “makhan chor”, as he stole butter from different houses present in his village.
The serial aired by colors is a beautiful show which provides complete information to the current generation. The story revolves around Lord Krishna, where as he grows up, the story moves from gokul village to Mathura. He meets his evil uncle kans in Mathura. How he frees his parents and grandparents from his uncle is the main plot of the story.
